About The Role

We're looking for a Webflow Developer to join Pneuma’s rapidly growing team. As a Webflow Developer, you will work directly with our Project Managers to help realize our clients websites.

In any given day you will be taking our documented strategy and client requirements to develop webflow websites. You will also be working alongside our Head of Web to ensure that every design, strategy or feature we implement for our clients is perfect for their business.

A successful website build involves a lot of moving pieces!

What you'll be doing:

• Design and Development – You will be taking requirements provided by our Project Manager and designing and developing websites within Webflow. We build our websites iteratively and so you will be constantly fielding feedback, making tweaks, and helping us bring our websites to life!
• Internal Communication and Organization – You will be working closely with the project manager and copywriter that are on the project. It’s critically important that you are able to field a lot of feedback across multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Understanding the Client’s Needs – As our designer and developer, you are ultimately responsible for bringing the clients vision to life! You need to be able to take requirements from a project manager, ask thoughtful questions as needed, and work fast.
